繩帶的機型辨別方法 Method for identifying the model of rope straps

　　圓繩都是雙錠機所生產的，扁帶都是單錠機生產的，子母帶都是專用子母機46錠生產的，所以在判別該產品的機型時，先要清楚它是屬于那一類別。簡單的判別方法：數一數產品單面同一水平線上同一方向的紗線條數，如果是圓繩用所數的紗線條數*8等于機型的錠數，如果是扁帶用所數的紗線條數*4

　　1等于機型的錠數，對于一些特別的產品不使用。對于子母帶判別一般都是46錠生產，當然這里大家要同無梭機生產的子母帶區別開，區別在于無梭機生產的子母帶有經緯紗錘子交織而成，緯紗可以拉出來，而繩帶機生產的子母帶只有經紗交叉編制而成。

The difference is that the mother and child belts produced on a shuttle less machine are interwoven with warp and weft yarn hammers, and the weft yarn can be pulled out, while the mother and child belts produced on a rope machine are only interwoven with warp yarn.
